Bokeh is pleased to present our 4th exhibition, "Behind City Walls" is a term used to describe the concealed worlds and imaginative sanctuaries where these artists dwell. Their artwork reflects their self-portraits, an outcome of their determination and unwavering commitment to their craft. Their creations provide a glimpse into their personal worlds and distinct viewpoints, allowing us to witness their unique expressions.

Featured are Taj Poscé, Alex Choi, Janai Rodriguez, Luis Poveda, Krishna Schroth, Yigsy Magaly, Jesus Duran, Brandon Bravo, Arvyn Jan Roma, Lauren Krasnoff, Giancarlo Venturini and Angel Duran.

In conjunction with SMALL BUSINESS SHOWCASE and over 25 venders—from local clothing brands, to up and coming artists from the community— we will be hosting the biggest networking event in Newark NJ.

Lauren Krasnoff’s work references memory, art history, pop culture, and contemporary trends. She sees making art as her way of contending with the over-saturation of imagery and media we experience on a daily basis.

Anna Frants’ approaches her work naturally, often allowing the constant steam of her subconscious to dictate the flow of her brush. She allows her emotions and thoughts to pour through onto the canvas, leaving behind deeply personal works that remain with the viewer long after seeing them.
